By using NavorAI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. NavorAI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Service Description
NavorAI is an AI-powered travel planning application. It generates personalized itineraries for informational purposes. The information provided does not constitute professional travel advice.
User Account
To access the full features of NavorAI, you must create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities carried out from your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use NavorAI in a legal and respectful manner. It is prohibited to use our service for fraudulent purposes, or to attempt to hack or disrupt our infrastructure.
Pro Subscription
NavorAI offers two Pro plans: $9.99/month (monthly) or $4.17/month billed as $49.99/year (annual) — regular prices; a promotional offer may reduce them (the launch offer applies to the first year of an annual subscription, which then renews at the regular price), and the price charged is the one shown at checkout — both offering unlimited itineraries (fair use, up to 30 itineraries and 50 chat messages per month) and advanced features. Every new Pro subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged the price of your selected plan at the end of the 3 days, and the subscription then renews automatically each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your profile page, including during the free trial, at no cost. Once the 3-day free trial has ended and payment has been charged, no refund will be issued, including on a prorated basis, for the current billing period; cancellation only prevents the next renewal, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid for.
Single Trip (one-time purchase)
NavorAI also offers a single travel itinerary (up to 5 days) for $4.99, payable once, with no subscription or renewal. This purchase grants permanent access to the generated itinerary, viewable at any time from "My Trips". As this is digital content whose performance begins immediately after purchase, at your express request, no refund will be issued once the itinerary has been generated, in accordance with applicable provisions for digital content supplied immediately.
Applicable Law
