To run NavorAI, some data is processed by established providers, solely for the service concerned: a host for accounts and the database, a host for the website, a secure payment provider (your banking details never pass through NavorAI), artificial intelligence services (creating itineraries from your travel request), an email delivery service, a technical error detection tool, anti-bot protection and a photo library.
Data Hosting
Your data may be hosted or processed outside Canada, notably in the United States. We choose our providers for their level of protection: encrypted data, confidentiality commitments and restricted access.
